Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation & Session Refunds
Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. However, we will attempt to reschedule you at no additional cost if available.
No-Show: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, payment is forfeited.
Programme Refunds
Full Programmes (e.g., 4-Week Stability): You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available unless you cancel your first session before it takes place (treated as a late cancellation—see above).
Partial Completion: If you complete some sessions of a multi-session programme and decide to stop, remaining fees are non-refundable.
Digital Materials & Guides
Non-Refundable: Purchased guides, templates, and digital materials are non-refundable after delivery, as they are immediately accessible.
Exception: If a material is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Membership Fees
Monthly Subscription: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time with 7 days' written notice. Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Billing: Cancellation requests received before the billing date will prevent the next charge. Requests after billing date will be applied to future renewal only.
Refund Processing
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
Method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Fees: Refund fees (if charged by your payment provider) are your responsibility; we refund the net amount only.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@ecofauna.world with your order details and reason for refund. We will review and respond within 5 working days.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, you may escalate your request. We will investigate within 10 working days and provide a detailed response.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Changes apply to new bookings; existing bookings honour the terms under which they were made.
